With its double-walled vacuum sealed design, the dispenser keeps up to 500ml cold for up to 8 hours - that's a full service having espuma or other chilled liquids ready to go, meaning you don't have to keep making up new batches mid-service.
The insulated design also allows you to keep hot liquids warm for up to 3 hours too - perfect for smooth soups or hot sauces. Filling and re-charging is fast and easy, helping you to speed up service and concentrate on making every dish perfect.
