Nipro’s Safetouch hypodermic needles combine advanced safety features with high-quality performance in a convenient, easy-to-use design. Developed to help reduce the risk of needlestick injuries (NSIs), these needles provide added protection for both patients and healthcare professionals.
The integrated transparent safety mechanism can be activated using one hand and permanently locks the needle inside the protective cover after use. An audible click confirms secure engagement, offering reassurance that the needle is safely contained. The device is designed to work with standard injection techniques, so no change in puncture method is required.
Each needle features an ultra-sharp, three-bevelled, siliconised tip to help minimise patient discomfort during injection.
